Rebellion, yes. But against what? Against psychological
and social pressures put on local cultures around the world for at least 200
years. In a general and broad definition, culture could also be expressed and defined all
around the world with the words “difference” or “detail”. But what is happening is a loss of local
differences and rural cultures. In our world, local dialects, clothing,
architecture and lifestyle is mostly judged as “B-class”. Our world and fast
consumer culture is turning everything into fabrication and wiping out
time-taking and costly details. This is at the same time a paradox. Because art as a concept owes its existence to creativity
and being different, creating differences and pioneer innovations.
From the local to the universal, it is our aim to create a new area for universal search on a ground that also the Hitites, Romans, Seljukians and Ottomans belonged to and lived on, to make a new beginning together...
This is the universal aim.
